Our Own Backyard
The Town of Essex wraps around Essex Junction on three sides, which makes it about as local as it gets for us. Our shop and address are at 26 Grove Street, a matter of minutes from anywhere in the town. That's not a service area we drive out to, it's where we are.
Essex itself is a mix. There's Essex Center with its older homes, the established neighbourhoods that filled in through the second half of the last century, and newer development plus properties on real land out toward the edges of the town. So the work here covers just about everything, from renovating a dated layout to adding space to building on a lot.
Being this close has practical value. Estimates happen quickly, follow-ups aren't an ordeal, and if something needs another look after the job's done, we're not scheduling a trip across the county. You get an open-book estimate up front and one person accountable for all of it.
