Condomonium Addition

TradecraftVT converted the space beneath an existing upper deck into a fully enclosed new bedroom. The addition was built from the ground up within the existing footprint, complete with insulation, recessed lighting, baseboard heating, carpet, and windows throughout. The exterior tie-in was handled cleanly, leaving no visible seam between the original structure and the new space.
